Steven F. Retzloff.
Currently, Mr. Retzloff serves as Chairman of Allegiance Bank Texas and President of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc.
Mr. Retzloff has twenty years of Houston banking experience serving as a Director and twice as Chairman of a publicly traded multi-billion dollar financial institution. He currently also serves as the Chairman and CEO of Retzloff Industries, Inc. and is an Advisory Director on the Board of Travis Body & Trailer, Inc., a manufacturer of specialized truck trailers.
His past work experience also includes General Motors, Bristol Myers and Retzloff Capital Corporation.
Other current affiliations include serving as a member of the Advisory Board for Fuller Texas School of Theology and as Vice-President of the Kinkaid School Investments Foundation.
Additional past affiliations include The Escape Center of Houston, Past President of The Exchange Club of Uptown Houston, Greater Houston Men's Life, Director of The Transitions Foundation, The Board of Trustees for the Kinkaid School, President of the Kinkaid School Alumni Association and service as an elder at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.
As a native Texan and a lifelong Houstonian, Steve enjoys the opportunity to both support and participate in a variety of other community oriented organizations.
Steve received an Industrial Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979 and an MBA with distinction from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University in 1981.

George Martinez. Mr. Martinez was co-founder in 1974, and served from 1980 to 2001 as chief executive officer of a multi-billion dollar publicly traded financial institution. He currently serves as a director of NCI Building Systems, Inc., a company traded on the NYSE. George also serves the community as board member and past chairman of the Center for Houston's Future, as a board member of the CHRISTUS Foundation for Healthcare, as a board member of the Lone Star College Foundation and as an emeritus member of the Council of Overseers for the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.
In 2003 George received the Exemplary Leader Award from the Houston Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Leadership Forum. In 2004 he was awarded the Ethical Leadership in Action Award from the University of St. Thomas Center for Business Ethics. George earned a B.A. degree in business administration and economics from Rice University in 1963.

Daryl D. Bohls.. Mr. Bohls has 33 years of banking experience in the Houston market including 20 years with a $4 billion dollar Houston publicly traded financial institution. Mr. Bohls currently serves as President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Chapter of RMA (Risk Management Association).
Additionally, Mr. Bohls remains an appointed Civil Service Commissioner with the Harris County Sheriff's Department since 1999. He holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas and an MBA in Banking from Sam Houston State University. Mr. Bohls presently serves as an adjunct Finance Professor for Sam Houston State University, an active member of the C-Club of Houston, The Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP), a Trustee for the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation and he serves on the Merchandising Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Rhonda Festervand. Mrs. Festervand has over 30 years of banking experience in the Houston market, including 8 years with a multi-billion dollar publicly traded Houston financial institution. Mrs. Festervand currently serves on the Business Advisory Council for Goodwill Houston, and the Financial Advisory Committee for the Houston Community College School of Banking. Mrs. Festervand holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from LeTourneau University, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute, a Certified Community Bank Security Officer (CCBSO) designation from the Independent Community Bankers of America, and certifications from Development Dimensions International and Langevin Learning Services.
Past affiliations also include the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board, and American Bankers Association Banking Education Instructor. Mrs. Festervand is an active member of RMA, SHRM, and HR Houston.
